The NK employs the worldwide proven ring shaped valve disc / radial guide design. With a short face-to-face and reduced weight the compact NK is a lower cost solution to its sister valve, the NB, when marginally higher pressure drops can be accepted. This highly efficient design combined with the highly responsive non-slam operation make this valve ideally suited to demanding check valve applications.
